Meet The Team
Marshall is the cheerleader for CWD Group, and brings daily engagement, leadership, and vision to the region’s premiere community association professional services firm.
Jackki, aka the Camp Counselor, has risen through various roles since joining CWD Group in 2013. Bringing two decades of staff engagement and training to the team, Jackki supports the CEO and leadership team in developing and executing our corporate strategy and mission to deliver exceptional services to our client portfolio.
Alicia Graham, PCAM®, brings years of leadership and experience to the Community Association industry. As the Chief Development Officer, she helps guide new projects and teams, drawing on her background managing hi-rise, mixed-use, retail, and master associations throughout the greater Seattle area. Alicia is passionate about building strong partnerships with Boards, residents, and business partners, while also mentoring fellow managers and supporting their growth.
Shayna joined CWD Group in January 2001. Working in virtually every capacity since, she has vast experience in the industry and company. As The Shepherdess, she is our Chief of Corporate Operations, and focuses on operational activities, managing processes, training, and supporting Directors.
Shane brings over twenty years of management and operational experience to CWD Group where he supports in developing and delivering our company’s technology strategy to our team and client portfolio.
Jacque brings thirty years industry specific accounting experience focusing on providing complete and meaningful financial information that allow board of directors to focus on the financial health of their associations.
Dan has developed the CWD Group project management team since 2005 and now leads a team of professionals that specialize in the planning, organization and execution of rehabilitation and special projects.
Jennifer brings over twenty years of experience to her role as Director of Human Resources. She joined the CWD Group team in 2019 and is a valuable resource to the management team and onsite staff members alike, fostering an environment focused on employee growth, development, and collaboration.
Darrin brings fifteen years of experience, creativity, and judgment to lead the engineering team in managing the operation and life cycle of all major systems and components found in high-rise and large mixed-use facilities.
